How do I check the status of my order?

Navigate to the My Account link at the top of our homepage and login to view all your orders.

Can I come to your store location and purchase directly?

Yes, but we do ship ALL online orders, so if you plan to buy direct from our store then do not order online.  California sales tax (8.75%) will be assessed for all on-site purchases.

How long does shipping take?

We normally ship most orders within 24 business hours of payment being received, transit time depends on your location check our shipping page for a map of the US and all the UPS shipping times.

Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?

UPS does not deliver on weekend or holidays.

Can I use my own shipping account?

Sorry, our checkout does not support third party billing for shipping.

Can I have free shipping?

We do offer free shipping on some items.  You can add items to the cart and view the shipping fee if any before you checkout.  Free shipping applies to addresses in the 48 continuous states of the U.S. only.  HI, PR, AK, Guam, etc are not eligible for free shipping.

Why does it take so long to ship to Canada?

We ship multiple orders to Canada once a week to save on shipping/import fees.  The additional time is caused by Canadian customs clearance.  Keep in mind all import/duty fees are included with the Canadian shipping fee. Figure 10-14 business days arrival for your order from the date of purchase.

Can I return merchandise after I have used it?

Sorry, we cannot accept any used merchandise in return.  We do accept returns on new and unused merchandise only within 30 days of purchase.  Keep in mind the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees related to any return.

Can custom-fit or personalized items be returned?

Sorry, we cannot accept any items that have been custom-fit or personalized in return.

Are your tents waterproof?

Some of them are water resistant but none of them are waterproof?

Can I leave my tent up overnight?

We advise to not leave any tent up overnight as weather conditions can change quickly and damage your tent.  We cannot be responsible for damage sustained to any tent due to weather conditions.

Why do you not accept returns on tents or elliptical trainers?

Once a tent or elliptical is removed from the box it is considered used and thus not returnable for refund.

Can I pay with a check?

Sorry we do not accept checks.

Do you offer purchase orders for non-profit organizations?

Sorry we do not offer purchase order service on our orders.  All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
